14-Day Returns & Exchanges in the US
Our policy lasts 14 days; if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any piece that is returned, for a refund or exchange must be unworn, unaltered and in saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 305-507-1915 and we will provide further instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive notification of your credit receipt.
Items may be exchanged or returned if they are within the 14-day period. FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded or exchanged and are FINAL SALE.
Some pieces that are in the Final Sale Collection, are part of our Sample inventory, therefore, may show slight signs of wear and tear, and are FINAL SALE.
Free Gifts with Purchases PROMO
All items that are given as a Free Gift with Purchase as a promotion from Di MODOLO cannot be returned or exchanged and are FINAL SALE.
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged from Di MODOLO. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order invoice included.
We will e-mail you further instructions and the address of where to send the item.
Any discount codes, offers or promotions cannot be combined with any other discount codes, offers or promotions and is not applicable on previously purchased merchandise.
