Return Policy

14-Day Returns & Exchanges in the US

Our policy lasts 14 days; if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send us an e-mail at customercare@dimodolo.com or call us at 212-826-3600 and we will provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive notification of your credit receipt.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and any discounted orders cannot be refunded and are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged from Di MODOLO. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customercare@dimodolo.com with the order invoice included.

We will e-mail you further instructions and the address of where to send the item.
